How much is delivery?

  • ALL deliveries are within Australia only. There is currently no international shipping available via the website.

  • $12.00 flat rate for NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC | $20.00 flat rate for NT, SA, TAS, WA

  • Selected items from the Aura Collection are available for international shipping via Etsy store

  • Pick up option NOT available.

Do you provide tracking details?

  • Tracking details are provided for selected Sydney metro areas, NSW & All interstate orders from the third party delivery service.

  • Selected deliveries within Sydney metro may be delivered by Arranged by H. An email will be provided once order has been dispatched and will be delivered within 24hrs after receiving the dispatched email. Please note, there is no tracking number provided.

How long does it take for the order to be dispatched?

  • Orders will be dispatched up to 3-4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days for Sydney metro/NSW and up to 6-8 business days for interstate metro orders depending on state/location (excluding public holidays). Regional areas can take longer to arrive so please refer to the tracking provided.

  • Scheduled time of delivery is unavailable. Orders are generally delivered by 5pm.

What if the order does not arrive on the estimated scheduled date?

  • Please get in touch through ‘Contact’ if the order has not been received within 2 business days after the estimated delivery date shown on the tracking.

  • At times, unexpected circumstances may arise eg. from the courier, processing, severe weather etc during transit, where a delay in the order may occur. If this happens, you will be updated with relevant information during the period until the order has been delivered.

Please keep in mind

  • Arranged by H uses a third party delivery service and will have ‘Authority to leave’ the order unattended at the property address given. If there are any special instructions or changes to the order regarding delivery please fill out the contact form within 3hrs from placing the order.

  • Please note: Each arrangement is created with preserved flowers which are delicate, some breakage and natural shedding may occur during movement from loading and handling while in transit by the courier between deliveries, these are not product flaws.
