Custom Orders

  • Payment will be required for all custom orders once confirmation order/invoice has been sent. Production will not commence unless invoice(s) have been paid first.

  • Estimated turn around before dispatched will be discussed and confirmed prior to confirmation of order.

  • Any changes after confirmation may incur an extra fee and delay the process time.

  • There is no refund or exchange across all custom orders.

  • Arranged by H has a particular design that represents the overall brand, please note that submitting a request to replicate another business’s design/creation will not be accepted.

    Return Policy

  • If for any reason the items to be returned due to fault or damage please fill out the Contact form within 24hrs of receiving the package.

  • Please note that the consumer will be responsible for the return postage via Australia post with tracking details emailed to Arranged by H. Once the return package has been received back, only then will the approved credit or refund will be processed back.

    Change of mind policy

  • Following under the NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds, Arranged by H is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mid.

Floral & Mini Arrangements

  • There is only ONE of each arrangement design released. Once sold, similar designs may be released but will not be exactly the same,

  • All arrangements are fixed and arranged in the vase shown in the image.

  • All arrangements are created with preserved flowers which are delicate, some breakage and natural shedding may occur during movement from loading and handling while in transit by the third party courier between deliveries.

  • Natural shedding, dripping from humidity and colour variations are not product flaws.

  • Floral arrangements are created depending on stock availability of preserved flowers and customised by Arranged by H.

  • Images used on social media and website has been slightly enhanced and brightened. Please see product info for images,

Floral Letters

  • Ready made letters are available through the online store.

  • Selected letters will be released under Arranged by H discretion.

  • Florals will vary and are subject to availability on time of creation/requests/custom orders.

Floral Buds

  • Includes the vase shown in the image(s)

  • Floral Buds are fixed and arranged tightly in the vase. These are not tied together. Removing the florals will mean it will come out individually.

  • ‘Arranged by H’ will not be responsible if florals are removed from the vase.

The Aura Collection

  • Crystals/Stones vary in size, shape and clarity. As these are natural forms, each will be different.

  • There will be no exchange/refund for change of mind

Online Store Terms

  • Prices displayed are current at the time and are subject to change without notice in accordance to size, season, product availability and related costs.

  • Please choose carefully as there is no exchange or refund once order has been placed.

  • All prices shown in ‘Shop’ excludes delivery. Delivery is calculated and added at checkout.

  • Promotions and sale are applied through a promotional code which will automatically apply the price/percentage off the arrangement, total sale or selected products. Promotions and sale are only valid for the period of time stated.

  • Delivery cost is automatically added in checkout. Free delivery is only available if the website promotes ‘Free shipping/delivery’ and only valid for the period of time stated.

Gift Cards

  • Gift card(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Gift cards are processed as a digital gift card which creates a unique code for the recipient to enter and use at checkout, where the value of the gift card will be applied to the total order.

  • Arranged by H will not be held responsible if gift card is lost or misplaced. No replacement of gift card will be issued.

  • Gift Cards are excluded from any store promotions/sales.

  • Gift cards have no expiry date.

Delivery

  • Arranged by H uses a third party delivery service and will have ‘Authority to leave’ the order unattended at the property address given.

  • Orders will also be delivered by Arranged by H within Sydney metro (selected areas only) and will have ‘Authority to leave’ the order unattended at the property address given

  • Arranged by H will not be responsible for any mishandling of the package by the third party courier service or for lost and damaged packages,
